Create An Account


You will be required to create an account prior to any order submission. A secure account will be created in our system accessible by you via login using your email and a password.  

 

 

  • Please complete the account opening form in its entirety while registering to open an account. 
  • All information provided should be current. 
  • You will be prompted to create a password upon setup.  This password along with your user id (email) can be used to access your account in the future. 
  • Follow prompts as necessary while completing the account opening form

Place Order for Medical Second Opinion


You will be required to select the specific service you are are seeking. In addition, you will need to upload your current medical reports including diagnosis for our specialist to review.  Any additional medical information available should also be provided.  For the service order to become active, a payment will be required.  The payment amount will be based on the specialty and will be indicated on the order panel.
 

  • Along with your order, you will be required to upload all your relevant medical reports. Medical reports may include: current diagnoses, blood test results, clinical summaries, most recent imaging reports and any other available documentation describing your current medical condition.
  • Document upload instructions will be displayed at the upload page.  Documents and scans can also be physically mailed to us at our address provided.  It should be noted regular mail delivery time varies and could be more than 20 days depending upon originating location.   For immediate and fast service, uploading documents is highly recommended.   Our helpdesk will be available for any online assistance required for document submission. 
  • You will be required to indicate your preferred mode of receiving our report. 

Medical Second Opinion


Once all of your information is received, a CareAcrossBorders clinician will review your case. If there is any additional information needed, you will be contacted: 
 

  • Upon completion of the review, our specialist will issue a written report with his/her opinions including any recommendation and treatment plan.  The report will be available to view and/or download through your account.
  • Should you want to connect with the specialist either to discuss the report or for any additional requirements, a tele-consult can be requested and scheduled.
